Sorrow

My body shakes

Little tremors

My heart feels heavy

My lungs constricted

There's a knawing in my gut

My throat closes up

The weight of the world lies heavy on my chest

I can't breathe

My abdomen tightens

My heart twists

In pain

I am sorrow.
