How to Connect to a Higher Power to Start Healing Yourself.

I had left an emotionally abusive relationship.

I knew I had some work and healing to do.

But I had no fricking idea how I was going to do that.

Where I even needed to start.

And the work just seemed so big to me.

That I thought I needed to call in the big guns lol.

The Universe, spirit, a higher power.

To help me to do what I needed to do.

Cos who better to work with than an energy that has a higher perspective.

An energy that has access to infinite wisdom and possibilities.

Seemed like an ideal place for me to start anyway.

So I did.

I declared to the universe that I wanted to heal from my abusive relationship and asked it to show me the way.

And it did.

I was taken on an immense journey.

To heal my shadow.

And to attract the loving partner that I had always wanted.

And it had all started from building my connection to spirit.
