Client Personal Information: Empowered Goddess Healing will collect information that you voluntarily share on this website. This may include, but is not limited to: an email address, your name, phone number and information on your well-being as well as billing and payment information.

Non-personal information: is recorded by the standard operation of Empowered Goddess Healing internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience.

– to contact you after the session with after care guidelines and/or to follow up with you post session.

- to keep you up to date with the latest offerings if you subscribe to the newsletter.
- to use testimonials you send to me to display on my website and/or social sites.

Online sessions and email correspondence
All online sessions are conducted over Zoom. Zoom sessions are not recorded unless this is requested by the client. What is discussed during a zoom session is confidential. Emails are received on a secure and encrypted platform (zoho.com) until such a time as they are deleted. Any information that you send in an email about your session remains confidential except for testimonials that you give me and consent to them being published on my website and/or social media. Channelled transmissions are recorded and sent via email and are deleted after 7 days.

We may disclose user data to any member of our organisation who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

How We Protect Your Personal Data
Security
Empowered Goddess Healing has enabled features from Wix in order to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your personal information transferred from your internet browser to our servers. If our sessions are online they will be conducted using Zoom services. The data transmitted during sessions is encrypted and secure. Zoom services are compliant with GDPR.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical. We will, however endeavor to use best practices and take the necessary steps to protect your personal data.
