The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of our Site of the following:

For users in the United Kingdom, we adhere to the GDPR as enshrined in the Data Protection Act 2018.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as we do not fall within the categories of controllers and processors required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the GDPR.

How We Use Personal Data

Data collected on our Site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect:

Client Personal Information: Empowered Goddess Healing will collect information that you voluntarily share on this website. This may include, but is not limited to: an email address, your name, phone number and information on your well-being as well as billing and payment information. 

Non-personal information: is recorded by the standard operation of Empowered Goddess Healing internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience.

Purpose & Use of Collected Personal Information

We will use your Personal Information :

– to process orders placed by you on this website

-  to contact you with details of your session you have booked.

– to contact you if required in connection with your session.

– to contact you after the session with after care guidelines and/or to follow up with you post session.

– to respond to any communications you have sent to me.

- to keep records for insurance purposes.

- to issue you a receipt of your purchase.

- to keep you up to date with the latest offerings if you subscribe to the newsletter.

- to use testimonials you send to me to display on my website and/or social sites.

You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications at anytime.

Online sessions and email correspondence

All online sessions are conducted over Zoom. Zoom sessions are not recorded unless this is requested by the client. What is discussed during a zoom session is confidential. Emails are received on a secure and encrypted platform ( until such a time as they are deleted. Any information that you send in an email about your session remains confidential except for testimonials that you give me and consent to them being published on my website and/or social media. Channelled transmissions are recorded and sent via email and are deleted after 7 days.

Who We Share Personal Data With


We may disclose user data to any member of our organisation who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.


Testimonials that you share with me with your consent will be published on my website and/or social media.

Other Disclosures

We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases:

  1. If the law requires it;

  2. If it is required for any legal proceeding;

  3. To prove or protect our legal rights.

How Long We Store Personal Data

We will keep your personal information for any period required by law to comply with legal obligations and insurance purposes. I keep written records of my sessions in a diary to comply with my insurance policy.

How We Protect Your Personal Data


Empowered Goddess Healing has enabled features from Wix in order to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your personal information transferred from your internet browser to our servers.  If our sessions are online they will be conducted using Zoom services. The data transmitted during sessions is encrypted and secure. Zoom services are compliant with GDPR.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical. We will, however endeavor to use best practices and take the necessary steps to protect your personal data.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  2. Right of access;

  3. Right to rectification;

  4. Right to erasure;

  5. Right to restrict processing;
